    Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. It has the typical fruity bouquet reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples, with a hint of banana and peach. It is fresh, aromatic and velvety in the mouth with a pleasant roundness. Ideal as an aperitif, but also with starters, pasta, pizza, risottos, grilled vegetables and summer salads. Serve at 6-8° C.

    Pale straw-yellow with fine and slowly rising effervescence. This Cava shows fresh white fruits, lingering citruses, and tropical fruits. White floral aromatics. The nose of this wine is one that we would expect for such a long aged cava. It is very toasty with dry fruit aromas. A background that is intense with some aniseed aromas and total freshness. This sparkling wine Grand Reserva Brut Cava from the Duran vineyards is complex, well-balanced, and fresh. Ripe fruit entwine with creams and fresh toasted notes. Well-integrated effervescence and excellent acidity that lend this cava a lively expression that is very pleasant. The finish is long and sweet and seduces us to drink more.

    "The 2018 Vouvray Clos du Bourg Sec is the only dry Chenin produced at Huet that year. Tasted in May 2019, the Clos du Bourg opens with a delicate nose of white fruit and mirabelle plums, along with chalky and very fine sur-lie notes. The palate is intense, round and fruity but filigreed in its structure and persistent in its mineral grip and stimulating salinity. The yeasty texture gives this 13.5% alcohol Chenin a fine structure and mouthfeel."

    The 2006 Extra Brut Premier Cru Millésime Terre is pure, fine and intense on the nose, with sweet cherry flavors and a spicy-mineral background. Rich, round and elegant, this is a very fruity-elegant and balanced vintage Champagne with a (very discrete) touch of Jura/Jerez oxidation on the finish. You get nice finesse and elegance here. The finish is long, complex, pretty intense and salty. Fascinating. This is a blend of 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir that was disgorged in July 2017 with a dosage of four grams per liter.
