    Domaine Grossot

    Chablis (France), France (France)

    12 x 750 ml

Cured Meat, Foie gras, Rich Fish, Scallop, Veal roasted, White Meat

"A discreet application of wood sets off the ripe white and yellow orchard fruit aromas that are cut with sea breeze and quinine nuances. The rich and relatively full-bodied flavors possess a beguiling mouth feel and particularly so on the overtly saline-infused finish that also flashes a hint of bitter lemon."

"The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Les Fourneaux is showing well, revealing pretty aromas of ripe citrus fruit, fresh pastry and green apple. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and saline, with an ample attack but a tight-knit core, concluding with a pure and nicely defined finish."

  3. New Champagne 1er Cru Tradition Extra Brut by Lelarge-Pugeot NV

    $419.94

    Lelarge-Pugeot

    Champagne (France), France (France)

    6 x 750 ml

Cured Meat, Duck breast, Foie gras, Ham, Soft Cheese

This ripe and creamy wine offers a good depth of flavor. It has plenty of fresh apple flavors, although the dominant fruits are riper, richer and tangy with orange zest and apricots. To balance all this fruit, the texture is tight with a good streak of minerality to give a crisp aftertaste.

"This has light and bright aromas of fresh white peaches and lemons with a swathe of pastry, too. The palate is very fine and unfurls layers of peach, lemon and, finally, almond-pastry flavors."

  6. $930.00

    Egly-Ouriet

    Champagne (France), France (France)

    6 x 750 ml

    Caviar, Foie gras

This is the cuvée  formerly known as “Tradition” , 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, aged 4 years sur lie.

From the very first cuvee, Egly-Ouriet is distinguished for its ability to preserve exacting precision and outstanding chalk mineral focus in the midst of magnificent generosity. This is a vinous wine of calm authority, carrying the full grandeur and complexity of carefully tended, old-vine pinot noir on some of Champagne's most revered Grand Crus, It juxtaposes freshness and depth, a marvel of red cherries, plums, dried fruits, and mixed-spice of rippling intensity, showcasing four and a half years on lees, yet at every moment impeccably focused with scintillating acidity and miner-infused poise. A paradox of luxurious generosity and crystalline purity.

  7. New Corton Vergennes Grand Cru by Domaine Chanson 2015

    $1,199.94

    Domaine Chanson Père & Fils

    Burgundy (France), France (France)

    6 x 750 ml

Duck breast, Foie gras, Hard Cheese

"There is an interesting hint of menthol to the softly toasty aromas of petrol, apple and underbrush nuances. The powerful and overtly imposing broad-shouldered flavors possess an almost painful intensity along with a driving and subtly mineral-inflected finale where about the only nit is a hint of warmth. This will age for years but should also be approachable after only 5 or so years."
