    Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. It has the typical fruity bouquet reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples, with a hint of banana and peach. It is fresh, aromatic and velvety in the mouth with a pleasant roundness. Ideal as an aperitif, but also with starters, pasta, pizza, risottos, grilled vegetables and summer salads. Serve at 6-8° C.

    "Wow! This is an intense, nervy riesling with all kinds of apple, citrus and floral (jasmin) character. It is medium weight, just off dry but so well balanced in terms of acid and sugar, with really impressive fruit intensity and drive. It is bracing and almost relentless in terms of flavour depth. There is a hint of CO2 adding to the brightness. Some grapefruity bitterness on the finish. Excellent to outstanding length."

    The 2006 Extra Brut Premier Cru Millésime Terre is pure, fine and intense on the nose, with sweet cherry flavors and a spicy-mineral background. Rich, round and elegant, this is a very fruity-elegant and balanced vintage Champagne with a (very discrete) touch of Jura/Jerez oxidation on the finish. You get nice finesse and elegance here. The finish is long, complex, pretty intense and salty. Fascinating. This is a blend of 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir that was disgorged in July 2017 with a dosage of four grams per liter.

    "The 2012 Barbaresco Rabajà is incredibly tight today. Then again, it was just bottled. Firm, incisive tannins support a core of vibrant fruit in a powerful, pulsating wine built on the pure energy that is the signature of these poor white soils. Hints of leather, savory herbs, mint and smoke add nuance on the finish. Today, the 2012 is shaping up to be more of a delicate vintage for the Rabajà. Although it is early for both years, I have a slight preference for the 2012 over the 2011."
