    Bellavista Wine

    Italy (Italy), Lombardy (Italy)

    6 x 750 ml

    Breads, Pasta, Soft Cheese

White foam, exuberant and of excellent persistence. Very fine pearl necklaces to form a well-present and prolonged crown. Effervescence is dynamic and full of youth. Bright and bright yellow color with evident greenish reflections. Bouquet characterized by a marked minerality. Wide and inviting, it embraces nuances of ripe sweet fruit, meringue, pastry and candied citrus peel. Taste fully corresponding to the nose, with an almost crunchy creamy sensation and a texture that combines elegance and lightness, thickness and harmony. The vibrant and contemporary character represents its unmistakable identity. A character that is sustained, without any compromise, by a freshness that maintains its classicism for a long time, announcing its promise of longevity.

"Pretty aromas of bread dough, lemon and cooked apple. Fresh. Medium to full body, tangy acidity and a fruity finish. Always an outstanding sparkling wine. Drink now."

"This 17th-century estate is on the plateau of Lussac, with 12 acres of silica and clay soil. The wine has a smoky edge along with perfumes from the Cabernet Franc in the blend. Its berry flavors, ripe tannins and cinnamon touch are rich and promise some good aging."

    Weingut Vollenweider

    Germany (Germany), Mosel (Germany)

    12 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Ham, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese

"This multi-source cuvée displays its usual knack for delivering value, with brightly fresh lemon and apple allied to a flatteringly waxy texture and underlain by firm slate, just as its name (“firm as a rock”) suggests. This finishes with clarity, vibrancy and refreshment, not to mention impressive sheer penetration. While the label says 12% alcohol, the wine projects a fine sense of lift."

    Cave Spring Cellars

    Niagara (Canada), Ontario (Canada)

    6 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, White Meat

Cave Spring`s Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, which are grown in the limestone-clay soils of their vineyards along the benchlands of the Niagara Escarpment. Vinified in the Traditional Method, it was fermented and aged sur lie in bottle for a minimum of 30 months prior to disgorging. The result is a dry, Brut-style sparkling wine exhibiting delicate effervescence mineral nuances that are true to its cool-climate origins. WINE ACCESS: This wine is the flagship for Cave Spring's increasingly important sparkling wine focus, which now involves four labels. It won a Lieutenant-Governor's Award in 2012. This 100% chardonnay was aged for three years, building subtle almond complexity into the dried apple, lemon and shortbread aromas. It is light-bodied, lively, gentle, delicate and a touch sweet, yet built on a beam of mineral acidity. There's excellent length on the finish. This is a terrific blanc de blanc. 91 points. Weingut Fred Loimer

    Austria (Austria), Kamptal (Austria)

    12 x 750 ml

Duck breast, Ham, Rich Fish, White Meat

Intense spicy aromas of ground white pepper and cardamom along with a whiff of yellow apple. Vibrant mouthfeel even with its lean body structure. On the palate are notes of greengage and dried pineapple - lovely fruitiness with graceful acidity. Good balance and tension. A discreet and elegant tarty touch on the finish.

    Isaac Fernandez Selección

    Ribeira Sacra (Spain), Spain (Spain)

    12 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Hard Cheese, Red Meat, Roasted Vegetables, Soft Cheese

These fifty-plus year-old Mencía vines have succeeded nicely in 2016, offering up a fine aromatic constellation of cassis, pepper, espresso, graphite, a superb base of slate and a topnote of bonfire. On the palate the wine is pure, fullbodied and nicely sappy at the core, with impressive transparency, modest tannins and a long, tangy and complex finish. This is still a young wine and will gain in complexity with further bottle age, but it is very nicely balanced out of the blocks and already a pleasure to drink. Quite a classic example of the slightly moredelicate style of Mencía planted on the terraces above the Miño River.

Lively and focused on the palate, offering juicy, orchard fruit flavors that deepen steadily on the back half. Lingers with very good, mineral-tinged tenacity, leaving a hint of fennel behind."
