The winery employs the latest technology in their wine production. Small-capacity stainless steel tanks and cement deposits, each with independent temperature controls, enable a specific and detailed monitoring of each one of the wines. Aging takes place in barrels of French and American oak.
The winery also has equipment to receive, sort and select the incoming grapes and subsequently bottles, labels and also packs the wine for shipment, thus allowing quality control quality at each stage of the wine-making process.
Bodega Enrique Foster has ISO 22.000 certification for their production process.
