Rich Fish, Risotto, Roasted Vegetables, Salad, Scallop, Vegetables, White Meat
Wonderfully refreshing Rosé wine with strawberry, red currant jelly & melon on the nose. Deliciously crunchy on the palate.
To be drunk for the sheer pleasure, or simply well-chilled as an aperitif or with light fare. Will go marvelously well with exotic or spicy cuisines. Combines well with white meats, mixed salads, fish, seafood and shellfish.

Domaine Andre Aubert
France (France), Southern Rhône (France)
12 x 750 ml
Breads, Cured Meat, Hard Cheese, Red Meat, Roasted Vegetables
Coming from a cool region in the northern part of the southern Rhone (the Grignan AOC was formerly called Coteaux du Tricastin), the Grignan les Adhemar le Devoy checks in as a blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 20% Carignan that was completely destemmed and aged for six months in concrete tanks. It has terrific notes of forest floor, cracked pepper, flowers and darker berry fruits as well as medium-bodied richness, an elegant, supple texture and notable purity of fruit. It’s not a heavyweight, yet has considerable charm and appeal. I suspect it’s best consumed over the coming 3-5 years.

Les Jamelles
France (France), Languedoc-Roussillon (France)
12 x 750 ml
Breads, Hard Cheese, Pasta, Roasted Vegetables, Salad, Vegetables, White Meat
With its typical gorgeous pale pink colour and brilliance, Les Jamelles Cinsault is extremely fruity and aromatic, revealing scents of candy, raspberry, strawberry and grenadine, along with floral rose nuances. On the palate, a slight touch of carbonic gas at the start (like a wine aged on the lees) gives freshness. It is very appealing, easy drinking, with a remarkably well-balanced palate that allies roundness and length with acidity and freshness.

Château Haut-Blanville
France (France), Languedoc-Roussillon (France)
12 x 750 ml
Cured Meat, Ham, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, White Meat
From the clay-sandy soils of Pézenas, this humble, low-intervention Vermentino (locally known as Rolle) is ripe with the southern France sun, and tight with fermentation and ageing in stainless. Golden apple, light pear, apple blossom is tightened with pear skin and finishes with a pithy tangerine and river stones. Simple and honest, and proper with your equally simple shellfish dishes.

Les Jamelles

12 x 750 ml
Ham, Red Meat, Veal roasted
Les Jamelles Syrah boasts deep colour and a syrupy consistency. Its wild fruit (raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant) and floral (violet) aromas harmonize with flavours of spices, vanilla and cinnamon, along with a touch of mint. This wine is very rich and full on the palate, with a touch of minerality as well as a long, silky finish that is of rare complexity and boasts a lovely lasting hint of liquorice.

Château Haut Grelot
Bordeaux (France), France (France)
12 x 750 ml
Breads, Cured Meat, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, Vegetables, White Meat
Pale straw-yellow in color, elegant and crisp with intense exotic fruit aromas. Grapefruit, gooseberry and wild herbs intermingle on the nose with ample citrus fruit on the palate. This wine has a generous weight, round and in perfect balance. This wine is perfect to drink by itself or pair it with seafood, chicken, fresh salads and/or cheeses.
"This is 90% sauvignon blanc. It has a lifted nose of celery, lemon-lime, wax and dried flowers. It is medium-full bodied, quite smooth and warm with lively acidity. There is some fruit richness here. Excellent length. It shows far more depth and vivacity than I expect from Bordeaux blanc at this price point."

"Fresh and fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc which sees just a few months on “fine lees”during its time in tank – the nose is floral and quite pretty with notes of grapefruit that follow onto the palate with both pith and zest playing a part, there’s even a subtle minerality that peaks through on the long finish."

"This seductive, dark-pink rosé offers potent blackberry and black cherry perfume. A blend of Grenache (50%), Syrah (40%) and Mourvèdre (10%), it's full bodied and robust with deeply concentrated raspberry and watermelon flavors. Buoyantly fruit forward but dry and firmly structured, it finishes on elegant tea tannins. Enjoy now–2022."
