Crafted by Laurence Féraud of Domaine du Pegau, Plan Pegau has loads of character and personality, and offers a true and loud echo of the flavor and style of Domaine du Pegau Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Château Haut Grelot

    Bordeaux (France), France (France)

    12 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, Vegetables, White Meat

Pale straw-yellow in color, elegant and crisp with intense exotic fruit aromas. Grapefruit, gooseberry and wild herbs intermingle on the nose with ample citrus fruit on the palate. This wine has a generous weight, round and in perfect balance. This wine is perfect to drink by itself or pair it with seafood, chicken, fresh salads and/or cheeses.

"This is 90% sauvignon blanc. It has a lifted nose of celery, lemon-lime, wax and dried flowers. It is medium-full bodied, quite smooth and warm with lively acidity. There is some fruit richness here. Excellent length. It shows far more depth and vivacity than I expect from Bordeaux blanc at this price point."

    Mas Carlot

    France (France), Southern Rhône (France)

    12 x 750 ml

"This seductive, dark-pink rosé offers potent blackberry and black cherry perfume. A blend of Grenache (50%), Syrah (40%) and Mourvèdre (10%), it's full bodied and robust with deeply concentrated raspberry and watermelon flavors. Buoyantly fruit forward but dry and firmly structured, it finishes on elegant tea tannins. Enjoy now–2022."

  5. $275.40

    Stephane Aviron

    Burgundy (France), France (France)

    12 x 750 ml

Breads, Ham, Pasta, Soft Cheese, Vegetables

100% Gamay sourced from 50+ year old vines in the lieu-dit of ‘Les Monthieux’.

This light, elegant Beaujolais Villages drinks above its price point owing to the complexity of fruit and minerality from the old vines. Whole cluster fermentation and a six-day maceration extract intense fruit flavours while maintaining overall finesse. The wine is then aged in inert oak so as not to impact the freshness of the wine with any overt oak aromas. Biodynamic wine.

  6. New Terrasses Ventoux Rouge by Chateau Pesquie 2017

    $275.40

    Chateau Pesquie

    France (France), Southern Rhône (France)

    12 x 750 ml

Cured Meat, Ham, Hard Cheese, Red Meat, Roasted Vegetables, Veal roasted

"Longtime readers will know that I love this cuvée, which is year in, year out, one of the great value buys out there. The 2017 Terrasses is even better than the 2016 and ranks with the finest vintages I’ve tasted, matching the stunning 2010. The essence of kirsch liqueur, wild strawberries, and wildflowers flow to a full-bodied, plump, deep, beautifully layered and sexy wine that has medium to full body, ripe tannins, notable minerality, and a great finish. A blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah that was all destemmed and brought up in concrete tanks, this is a raw, naked expression of this fabulous terroir located just south of Mount Ventoux."

  7. New Terrasses Ventoux Rosé by Chateau Pesquie 2018

    $275.40

    Chateau Pesquie

    France (France), Southern Rhône (France)

    12 x 750 ml

Ham, Rich Fish, Salted or Marinated Mushrooms, Soft Cheese, White Meat

"A blend of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah, the 2018 Ventoux Rose Terrasses is another fine vintage for this cuvée. Dried spices, watermelon rind and strawberries mingle easily on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate delivers mixed berry and citrus flavors aboard a silky texture. It's fully dry on the finish, with a hint of bitterness."

  8. New Muscadet Les Vignes du Bourg by Domaine Julien Braud 2018

    $275.40

    Domaine Julien Braud

    France (France), Loire (France)

    12 x 750 ml

Cured Meat, Duck breast, Ham, Rich Fish, Scallop, Soft Cheese, White Meat

Transparent light gold color, a pretty hue in the glass, perhaps an effect of Muscadet’s sur lie wine making in which the fermented yeast remains in the wine as it develops in fermenting tanks. Notes of pears and white flowers are accented by chalky notes on the nose and a distinct minerality in the dry, gently acidic, medium-bodied flavour. > Learn More

    Domaine de Dionysos

    France (France), Southern Rhône (France)

    12 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Hard Cheese, Red Meat, Roasted Vegetables

"The 'La Cigalette' is a gorgeous showing in this vintage. It opens to fresh, inviting aromas of black raspberries, plums, violets, spices, pepper and black olives all taking shape. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with a lovely velvety texture that displays beautiful depth and focus. Flavors of ripe black raspberries, dark plums and violets notes continue to build through the long, juicy finish. Overall, this is a simply fantastic wine which will be accessible upon release and will also cellar nicely over the next decade."
