"And now for something completely different—a clone of Chardonnay known for its heady, perfume-like aromas. This opens with room-filling aromas of orange blossom, fresh-grape nuances and a distinctive musk-like perfume. A surge of viscous, slightly off-dry ambrosia coats the palate with white nectarine and tropical fruit interwoven with Meyer lemon and notions of peach skin. It’s mid-full weight with generous mouth feel and a lingering balanced aftertaste with just enough acidity to keep it crisp and refreshing. Another triumph for Cave Spring Cellars and winemaker extraordinaire, Angelo Pavan. Sip on its own or pair with grilled or pan-seared seafood."

Olive groves ('oliviers' in French) and vineyards flourish side-by-side in the sun-drenched Mediterranean summers of southern France, where the Grenache and Cinsault grape varieties have been made into rosé wine for over 2000 years. The two varieties meld together to make a rosé which is at once exuberantly fresh and tangy yet soft and smooth, laced with a gentle spice and brimming with the natural richness of ripe fruit.

Pale salmon pink in the glass with delicate aromas of meadow flowers.Textured, with tangy berry flavours that meld with the satisfying spicy notes from Cinsault.

All Vodka was not created equal. Before i fell in love with wine, i enjoyed a lot of Vodka. Some is good, some is not as good. There are large brands, and smaller ones. Vodka you need to mix and Vodka to drink on its own. This is undoubtedly one of the very best Vodka's i have ever tasted. The Vodka is made with winter wheat and is almost soft on the palate. It mixes well, and will add flavour to whatever you are making, but it almost seems a shame as the flavour of the vodka is so darn good. This is perfect on the rocks, or in a martini.
