Poggio Foco's Vineyards occupy the heart of a 550-hectare estate, meticulously managed with an entirely organic approach and sheltered by the encompassing forest. The primary yields consist of wine, olive oil, and grains, sustaining a community of 700 sheep, 50 cows, and 50 wild boars. Passion, a profound emotion, akin to all remarkable things, demands nurturing and attention to flourish. Francesco Kovarich's passion sprouted from his love for the wind, a force that has embraced his entire life, journeying with him from Verona to the Maremma.

Poggio Foco has further ignited this passion, initially a fragrant bouquet, transforming into wine. Amidst his vineyards, gracefully adorning the rolling hills like embroidery, Francesco cultivates a wine that authentically encapsulates the wondrous territory it originates from in all its essences and flavours.
