    6 x 750 ml

Riesling is a versatile grape variety. It can be made in many different styles from dry to semi-dry, sweet and even sparkling. We believe that Riesling grown in cool climate wine regions, like Niagara, produce food-friendly and age-worthy wines. Our "˜Old Vines' Riesling is an excellent example of this. It has classic old world aromas of flint with nuances of lemon and lime adding freshness. We made this wine in an unoaked, dry style with a thread of tangy acidity. > Learn More

The nerve! How can it be so good so soon? In truth, this strikingly bright 2013 Sauvignon Blanc has been confidently bounding towards the bottle since the first berry was picked. Brian saw this fast rising star far off and redirected its energy to support the rapid and sure-footed maturation. "This just oozes passion fruit," reflects Brian, "plus I get a marked white pepper sensation." Juicy with a crisp acidity, this full on wine begs for a disc of fine chèvre, calamari fritti, ceviche or even smoked fish. > Learn More

"This is a very attractive gewürztraminer, listed as off-dry but really quite dry to my palate. It displays very good weight and texture, with good structure and balance. Winemaker Angelo Pavan is forthright about his approach to this variety: “The acidity drops quickly in gewürztraminer, and a lot of people pick early to get the acidity. But I prefer to pick it later, to make sure the fruit is ripe. Gewürztraminer isn’t about acidity; you want this oily texture. If you want acidity, drink riesling.” This example clearly embodies his approach. It shows the classic flavour profile, some viscosity in the texture, and the characteristic slight bitterness toward the back palate. And the acidity? This is not a fat, low-acid gewürztraminer, any more than it’s the blowsy style. The acidity is here in ample degree, well balanced with the fruit, and adding freshness to the other qualities of this well-made wine." 4 1/2 out of 5 stars - Rod Phillips, Winepointer, Nov 2014 (2012 vintage) 90 Points - Globe and Mail - Beppi Crosariol > Learn More

Only the most evolved vines on our lakefront property are used to produce this elegant Riesling. Barrel fermentation and a late harvest give this wine density, richness and complexity. Lemon and lime citrus brighten the palate along with flavours of ripe grapefruit, nectarine and subtle minerality.

The harmony between structure and acid in this wine nicely suits creamy, high-protein dishes. Try this delectable wine with chicken Cordon Bleu or a buttery crab dish.

This is complex, structured, simply delicious and was propagated from a clone discovered in their vineyard, it's Canada's first vinifera vine. Aromas of blueberry, cherry and spice mingle with wisps of pipe tobacco on the alluring nose. Medium-full bodied and generously textured, waves of sour cherry and ripe black currant interlace with roasted herbs and black pepper. The finish lingers with a solid core of ripe fruit, fine-grained tannin, good moderating acidity and oodles of charm. > Learn More
