‘Semi-crianza’ refers to wines that are aged less than 12 months in barrel, and this is a beautiful example. Cherry colour of medium intensity. The very attractive aromas and flavours are red and black fruit with licorice notes, enveloped by drying tannins. A bright wine with a clean finish.

"Based on a spontaneous mutation of the red Beaujolais grape and isolated in the early 1980's by winery founder Paul Bosc Sr., this is just as serious as it is happy. Light and crisp, yet smoothly polished, it's perfectly ripe and cherry-like as well as subtly smoky and spicy."

    Solid Ground

    California (USA)

    12 x 750 ml

    Salad, White Meat

A perfect example of Lodi terroir, this Pinot expresses big fruit and ample richness for the varietal. The nose pops with lots of floral tones, cherry, raspberry and hints of blackberry. The blackberry notes, from the blended Zinfandel, gives this wine its distinct Lodi character. The palate is soft and round, with good weight for the varietal, yet still maintains the gentle acidity in the mid-palate that is distinctly Pinot. Pairs well with Pulled Pork Dishes, Pasta and Roasted Chicken. > Learn More

    Firesteed Estates

    Oregon (USA), USA (USA)

    12 x 750 ml

    Cured Meat, Duck breast

Our 2018 Pinot Noir continues the Firesteed tradition of a consistent fruit driven style, achieved with gentle techniques in the cellar and imagination in the vineyard. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts propagated from cellars in Burgundy, pressed during the last days of fermentation and racked as soon as the wine finished malo-lactic fermentation. Lively with bright acidity, aromas of supple red cherries and mocha, with a hint of maple syrup, waft from the glass. On the palate this vintage mirrors the nose, showing flavors of pronounced red cherry, strawberry and hints of rhubarb. Well balanced, mid-palate the wine expresses a roundness filled with Crème Brule and finishes smooth with notes of dark chocolate and creamy caramel. > Learn More
