    Moët & Chandon

    Champagne (France), France (France)

    1 x 750 ml

Breads, Caviar, Cured Meat, Ham, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, White Meat

"This is a DP that shows the ripeness of the 2009 vintage yet remains full of energy. Gorgeous aromas of cream, apple, mango, honeysuckle, and chalk follow through to a full body and super fine, tight texture. Dense and agile. Vinous. It’s like a top grand cru white Burgundy. Think Bâtard-Montrachet. More depth than the 2006. Drink now."

    97 points - James Suckling, Jan 2018

"There's a subtle power to this graceful Champagne, which boasts a firm, crystalline frame of acidity married to the fine, satinlike mousse and notes of white raspberry, brioche and Earl Grey tea. Seamless through to the long finish of smoke and spice accents, this opens beautifully in the glass. Drink now through 2029."

    Domaine Rémi Niero

    France (France), Northern Rhône (France)

    6 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Ham, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, White Meat

"The 2017 Condrieu Chery offers slightly more stone fruits, white flowers, and crushed citrus, with plenty of spice and obvious minerality coming through with time in the glass. It's vibrant, fresh and elegant on the palate, with perfect balance. It's another high-quality wine from this estate."

    95 points - Jeb Dunnuck, Jan 2019

"Niero's 2017 Condrieu Chéry comes from vines around 70 years old. It's floral and ripe, with apricot and pineapple flavors in a full-bodied but balanced format. Rich and plush on the palate, it showcases the opulent texture and decadent fruit of Viognier, yet it remains fresh and spicy on the long, harmonious finish."

    Bodegas Castro Ventosa

    Bierzo (Spain), Spain (Spain)

    6 x 750 ml

Red Meat, Roasted Vegetables, Soft Cheese

"I was very pleasantly surprised by the elegance and balance of the 2015 Valtuille Cepas Centenarias, centenary Mencía from two plots in the village of Valtuille. This is always one of the finest wines in the portfolio, but this 2015 was especially harmonious, combining aromas of violets and wild herbs with an earthy touch and a medium-bodied palate with very refined tannins that made it beautifully textured. There is an extra degree of complexity here and it has the depth of the very old vines. This has to be one of the finest vintages for this bottling. There are roughly 2,500 bottles of it."

    Quinta da Muradella

    Monterrei (Spain), Spain (Spain)

    6 x 750 ml

Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, Vegetables, White Meat

"Limpid, yellow-gold. A highly complex, mineral-laced bouquet evokes fresh citrus and orchard fruits, chalky minerals, sweet butter and white flowers. A hint of anise emerges with air. Shows noteworthy depth and sharp delineation in the mouth, offering vibrant orange zest, pear nectar, buttered toast and succulent herb flavors that tighten up slowly on the back half. Powerful, yet graceful in character, displaying superb focus and mineral thrust on an impressively long finish that features lingering floral and orchard fruit flourishes. (Aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and used 500-liter French oak barrels.)"

    René Geoffroy

    Champagne (France), France (France)

    6 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, White Meat

"The rich fig and red apple friuts of Cumières meunier create a compelling contrast with crisp malic acidity and tight grapefruit and lemon zest notes. Three years on lees makes for a generous maturity for an entry cuvée, reinforcing honey and fruit cake spice and a creamy texture."
93 points - Tyson Stelzer, The Champagne Guide 2016-2017

"A fresh and graceful Champagne, this offers a creamy profile of Jonagold apple, pink grapefruit sorbet, spring blossom and minerally oyster shell, all framed by lively acidity that dances across the palate. Disgorged April 2017. Drink now through 2022."

    92 points - Wine Spectator, Dec 2018

"Geoffroy's NV Brut Premier Cru Expression is totally alive in the glass. Vibrant and delineated, the Expression bursts from glass with dried pears, flowers, almonds and Chamomile. A blend of 47% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 13% Chardonnay, the Expression is all about texture and volume from the red grapes, which give tons of richness without detracting from the wine's essential energy, tension and pure drive. A crystalline, layered finish rounds things out beautifully. This is a great showing from a wine loaded with class."

60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. 20% from older vintages. Bright, youthful lemon straw appearance with very active, fine mousse. Expressive aromas of brioche, citrus fruits, ginger, lemon peel and cocoa unfold. Citrus fruits echo, green apple, almonds and typical savoury Pinot bass notes. The Champagne is resolved, long and persistent on the finish, with fine potential for further development in coming years. > Learn More

    Bellavista Wine

    Italy (Italy), Lombardy (Italy)

    6 x 750 ml

    Breads, Pasta, Soft Cheese

White foam, exuberant and of excellent persistence. Very fine pearl necklaces to form a well-present and prolonged crown. Effervescence is dynamic and full of youth. Bright and bright yellow color with evident greenish reflections. Bouquet characterized by a marked minerality. Wide and inviting, it embraces nuances of ripe sweet fruit, meringue, pastry and candied citrus peel. Taste fully corresponding to the nose, with an almost crunchy creamy sensation and a texture that combines elegance and lightness, thickness and harmony. The vibrant and contemporary character represents its unmistakable identity. A character that is sustained, without any compromise, by a freshness that maintains its classicism for a long time, announcing its promise of longevity.

"Pretty aromas of bread dough, lemon and cooked apple. Fresh. Medium to full body, tangy acidity and a fruity finish. Always an outstanding sparkling wine. Drink now."

    Gaia

    Greece (Greece), Santorini (Greece)

    6 x 750 ml

Rich Fish, Scallop, Soft Cheese, White Meat

"From 80 year old ungrafted vines, this is a remarkable wine with powerful, mineral lime curd and salty lemon rind fruit. It has amazing texture and a bit of structure, too, with a real saline intensity. Youthful and tight, with great concentration of flavour, this oozes minerality. There’s a lot of fruit, but it’s not really about the fruit at all. Quite profound."
    95 points - Wine Anorak, May 2019

"100% Assyrtiko. A whiff of white nectarine with a gunflint minerality and hint of spice. Lemony freshness, grapefruit and hints of wild flowers. Bone dry, with more peach and white plum characters on the palate and a softness on the acidity. Fresh and moderately aromatic; a pleasing alternative to a grand cru Chablis."
