    2019 Pinot Noir Rose

    12 x 750 ml

Ham, Hard Cheese, Pasta, Rich Fish, Scallop, Soft Cheese, White Meat

"For those who prefer a leaner, cooler style of Chardonnay with seashells and subtle citrus." - International Wine and Spirits Awards 2020

Intense dark straw colour with bright nuances of gold and medium legs. Bouquet of ripe stone fruit, citrus, almond, with hint of oak spice, lanolin and fresh butter. Second nose shows more oak creaminess, lemon lime and dried fruits extract but with hints of vanilla beans and fresh cream. Rich but fresh attack of citrus and stone fruit. Dense and fresh midpalate with layers of ripe citrus, melon, ripe mango and wave of oak flavours around a core of firm tannins and elegant textural elements. The final is long, quite persistent and in line with the midpalate. Fruits, texture and tension create the complexity of the final of this wine.

    WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

    3 bottles x 2019 Rosé
    3 bottles x 2018 Sauvignon Blanc
    3 bottles x 2017 Pinot Noir

3 bottles x 2017 Cuvée Winona VQA Niagara Peninsula

    2019 Rosé

"Our house style of rose is bright and refreshing with a pale colour and great fruit. The nose has vibrant red fruits such as, sour cherry, raspberry, watermelon with complimentary savoury notes with hints of floral orange blossom. The palate supports the nose with rich texture and a delicate finish. This bright, refreshing Rose was built for warm summer days and good company!

    2018 Sauvignon Blanc

"A brand new release of the 2018 Sauvignon Blanc: picked relatively early, 18 hours on skins before pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, with a portion aged in neutral barrels for four months and the remainder in stainless steel. The wine is pale straw in the glass, crisp and fresh, with hints of grass, white flowers, lemon-lime and yellow melon. It's dry, with bright acidity, and add a whisper of white grapefruit and white peach on the palate. A charming wine, delicate and nuanced, far from the heavy vegetal side of the grape — perhaps moving towards a uniquely Niagara expression of the variety?" 90 points - Tim Appelt, WineDiscovery, April 2019

    2017 Pinot Noir

"From de-classification choices made in the winery, the NP pinot noir is a blend of Lowrey and Senchuk vineyard fruit that didn’t make it into the single-vineyard bottles. Falls somewhere not precisely calculated in the 12-18 months barrel age time for fruit sweet and structured, elevated into the ether tonal zone and ready to please, if you please. Take some time and realize the dream, of pinot noir made the right way from an agglomeration out of all the correct places and spaces." 90 points - Michael Godel, Winealign, March 2019 (2016 Vintage)

    2017 Cuvée Winona

This blended wine over-delivers massively for the price. The nose is pronounced with dried cranberries, lavender, licorice, cocoa, cedar, and blueberries that the palate replicates and follows with raspberry, vanilla, and rich tannins. It is perfectly drinkable now but will age well over the next 5-8 years. Great with burgers, cured meat, and hard cheese.

    Megalomaniac

    Niagara (Canada), Ontario (Canada)

    12 x 750 ml

Ham, Hard Cheese, Pasta, Rich Fish, Scallop, Soft Cheese, White Meat

"This is concentrated and has nice freshness, with a pixelated citrus fruit framing to some richer pear and white peach notes. It shows nice focus, with some stony minerality. And a bright, slightly pithy finish. No obvious oak character, but good fruit intensity. Potential for development."

92 Points - Jaime Goode, Wine Anorak, June 2020

"Restrained floral and lightly smoky nose and palate. The finish is long with a baked apple and woody flourish." - Decanter World Wine Awards, 2020
