What's In The Box:
2 x 750ml Hacienda Lopez de Haro Rioja Blanco by Bodega Classica 2022
Viura from 50-80 year-old vines near San Vicente de la Sonsierra in Rioja Alta and aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. White fruit and flowers on the nose, following through on the palate with riper fruit, good structure, freshness and complexity. Long, pleasant finish. This wine is a steal!
2 x 750ml Legado del Moncayo Garnacha by Isaac Fernandez Seleccion 2021
"Limpid violet. Primary red and blue fruit aromas are complemented by building floral and spice accents. Juicy and energetic on the palate, offering gently sweet boysenberry and cherry flavors and a hint of bitter chocolate. Closes long and spicy, with repeating blue fruit character and gently gripping tannins"

2 x 750ml Spineto Maremma Toscana DOC by Erik Banti 2020
Erik Banti is known as the pioneer of Morellino de Scansano. He has been producing wines in the Maremma Toscana region in the south-west of Tuscany for decades. With a love and passion for native Italian and classic French grapes he has created his Spineto, a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2 French varieties are aged for 6 months in barriques, while the Sangiovese matures exclusively in steel. The result is a round, smooth red with strong territorial characteristics with the charm and finesse of international blends.
2 x 750ml Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc by Mahi 2022
The focus for Mahi with the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is to provide a wine that has texture and depth, rather than focusing solely on primary fruit notes. Winemaker, Brian Bicknell, wants a wine that satisfies across the palate, and as such employs a number of techniques to achieve this. The Marlborough Sauvignon this year comes from six different vineyards, all of them giving particular attributes to the final wine. The hand-picked fruit was whole-cluster pressed so that the time on skins was minimised. A portion of this juice, 20% this year, was barrel-fermented in older French oak to give greater weight, though ensuring that wood is not evident on the nose. This wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. This is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and also some barrel ageing. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish.
2 x 750ml Plan Pegau by Domaine du Pegau N/V
Crafted by Laurence Féraud of Domaine du Pegau, Plan Pegau has loads of character and personality, and offers a true and loud echo of the flavor and style of Domaine du Pegau Châteauneuf-du-Pape. An approachable, medium bodied wine with loads of cherry fruit, light peppery notes and a touch of Châteauneuf funk. Enjoy with game, hearty stews, and grilled meats.
2 x 750ml Lakeside Shiraz by Pertaringa 2021
"If 2019 was somewhat underrated, 2021 has been hyped to the heavens. The test is whether or not the wines live up to that adulation. This one? Absolutely. Young and fresh, for sure, but that is not a crime. Plush and supple with some attractive notes of coffee beans, tobacco leaves, chocolate, plums and dry herbs. Good focus and well-crafted structure. Fine tannins then lead to a soft finish, with attractive persistence. No reason that, as well as providing pleasure now, this wine won’t continue to do so for the next five years at least."
