This elegant wine opens with aromas of black cherries, raspberries and plums. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, the bright red fruit flavors balance a lingering, sweet oak finish. Pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, roast duck, pork tenderloin and soft-ripened cheeses.
2 x 750ml Cabernet Sauvignon Central Coast by Ryder Estate 2020
Ryder Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, supple and bold. A fruit-driven wine, it boasts flavors of dark berries and plum with notes of mocha. The tannins are silky and satisfying, leading to a balanced and elegant finish. Pairs perfectly with bacon-wrapped asparagus, grilled blue cheese burgers or date night filet with that special someone.
2 x 750ml Chardonnay Central Coast by Ryder Estate 2020
This bright, focused and elegant Chardonnay is from the cool Central Coast where the combination of sun and sea means the wines are seriously aromatic, but also crisp. Tropical and citrus aromas lead into flavors of pear, stone fruit and apple with a hint of vanilla. They use just a touch of oak in aging which gives it a lovely creamy texture with just a hint of toasty spiciness.

The 2019 Lopez de Haro Crianza has a mellow bouquet of dried herbs, terracotta tiles and red and black fruit that is very well-defined. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin: tart red berried fruit, laced with tobacco and dried herbs on the dry, crisp finish. This is a superb classical Rioja Crianza and a steal at this price.

The 2022 Bordeaux Blanc from Chateau de la Vieille Tour is a lovely example of a Bordeaux blanc. The typical blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are showcased with plenty of green fruits balanced with white peach, pepper and mineral notes. The mouth is round and clean with a lot of freshness. A beautiful aromatic and crisp finish.
