"Garnacha Blanca is a grape that Víctor Ausejo has almost made his own, such is the quality of his varietal bottlings. This one comes from a young parcel at 546 metres in Clavijo and is typically dense, focused and well balanced. Fermented in 40% new 500l-litre French and Hungarian oak, it has flavours of citrus and yellow apple, creamy lees, subtle wood spices and a chiselled finish. 2026-32"
