    12 x 750 ml

"The Bisol family has been making prosecco in Valdobbiadene in the Veneto for five generations and I can't think of any brand that I prefer. This merlot/pinot noir Rosé is a complete joy. A pale salmon pink, it's rose-scented, crisp yet full-flavoured. It's also dry with a welcoming touch of sweet citrus fruit. Light and elegant with a refreshing finish, it's a perfect choice for St Valentine's Day." - The Telegraph Double Gold Medal / Best Value - China Wine & Spirit Awards 2015 Gold Medal - Selection Mondiale des Vins 2012 Gold Medal - Mondiale du Rose 2012 Learn More

    Domaine La Suffrene

    France (France), Provence (France)

A gorgeous salmon-pink in colour with orange tints. On the nose, floral and ripe with hints of peach and strawberry and spice. On the palate, soft and dry with a mineral acidity leading to flavours of fraises des bois, canteloupe melon and citrus fruits. The finish is long and lingering. This silky rose is a blend of hand-harvested Mourvedre, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan and is particularly well suited to seafood and salads. Try as a summer aperitif also. Learn More

    R. Dumont et Fils

"Light orange. Dried red fruits, rose oil, toasted nuts and an exotic note of passion fruit on the expressive nose. Intense strawberry and redcurrant flavors are complemented by toasted brioche and iodine, with a zesty mineral nuance adding lift. Shows very good clarity and thrust on the finish, with the red fruit and mineral notes strongly echoing."

  7. New Rosato di Toscana by Biondi Santi 2012

    Biondi Santi

    Italy (Italy), Tuscany (Italy)

    6 x 750 ml

Breads, Cured Meat, Rich Fish, Soft Cheese, White Meat

Another outstanding Rosato find from the late Gentleman of Montalcino – which, is in fact, the last vintage under Franco’s supervision. Right from the glass, the striking singularity of this wine shows through with its stunning orange-copper hue. The nose immediately reveals explosive notes of orange citrus, deep cherry, and salinity. With air, the wine once again opens on the palate and is a cornucopia of joy with nuances of orange blossoms, tangerines, pronounced grapefruit, rose petals, black cherry, stony minerality, herbs, tea, and a hint of oak. This wine is more precise than the previous ripe 2011, and there is the sangiovese hallmark acidity to balance this medium-full bodied gem out. Look for the delicate and lingering citrus-cherry finish. Worth the search and the wait. Learn More

    Moët & Chandon

    Champagne (France), France (France)

    1 x 750 ml

"Dark, vivid pink. Ripe red berries, rose oil and tangerine on the nose, plus a subtle note of toasty lees. Bitter cherry and berry skin flavors give way to softer raspberry in the middle, with a tangy blood orange nuance adding cut and lift. Packs a punch but shows very good clarity and delineation, finishing round, smooth and quite long."
