Tasting Notes

Taking its name from the graceful monument built in honour of the French Huguenots, this elegant Sauvignon Blanc has expressive tropical flavours tinged with capsicum. The attractive Cape gooseberry, grapefruit and pineapple fruits are balanced by lively but gentle acidity with a beautifully fresh and lingering finish. A hint of Semillon adds breadth and fills the mid-palate.
