The Roger family has been producing wine since the 17th century. They utilize the chalky-calcareous soils of the Oxfordian, with Terre blanches of sprinkled fossilized shells. A full range of fragrant aromas including lemon, grapefruit, white peach and acacia flower yield to a rounded mouthfeel that is full yet fresh, clean and with delightful elegance.

Domaine de Carrou
The DOMAINE DU CARROU is located in the village of BUÉ, one of the 14 municipalities sharing the appellation area. This site has always benefited from a solid reputation emanating from complex and exceptional terroirs. Since the 17th century, from generation to generation, the ROGERs have been producing their SANCERRE wine. The family estate now covers 11.4 hectares and is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3.
