Septima Obra Chardonnay Reserva is a bright yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. Complex scents of citrus, white peach, pineapple and subtle notes of white flowers emerge on the nose. The palate shows elegance and complexity with a fine symmetry between freshness and creaminess. It finishes with well-balanced acidity and generous length.
"Very impressive value from this Spanish-owned bodega, this is a pithy, focused, acid-driven Chardonnay from Agua Amarga and Paraje Altamira. Lightly oaked in concrete eggs and older barrels, it combines flavours of pear, melon and orange zest with a racy finish and a hint of stony minerality. 2026-29"

After many years of searching for an exceptional terroir in the New World, the genesis of Raventós Codorníu’s seventh winery began in the year 1999 and was built in 2001 in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, in the foothills of the Andes Mountains and 1050 meters above sea level.
Bodega Septima's origins are part of a type of wineries that was significant to the Argentine winegrowing industry. We share similar characteristics with many establishments founded at the beginning of the 21st century and provided the industry with prestige and diversity: European heritage and know-how, vineyards of our own, the elaboration of premium wines and respect for the terroir.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
