"The 2023 Ultreia Rapolao, like in 2022, matured exclusively in foudre, as they have eliminated the barrels for the élevage. This comes from the old part in a slope that was planted with a field blend of different varieties. It's super clean, a constant in the Ultreia 2023s, floral and expressive, with a fine-boned palate and fine tannins. 1,200 bottles produced."
