"Very peppery, herbal whiffs over raspberry liquorice, cranberry, red plum and pomegranate juice. It quenches the thirst while staking a claim on savouriness, a turned earth thing in the midst, so too game meat lightly in there too. Peppery charm lingers. Maybe more pinosity than the 2024 pinot release, could be a comment! It’s wonderful.”
