Medium to full-bodied, layered and sappy, it's seamlessly framed by a fleshy core of fruit and gastronomic bitterness that leads to a long, saline and ethereal finish. Delicately phenolic and dense, it will age gracefully over the next decade and more. Matured for 10 months in barrels, of which 10% are new."
