Tasting Notes

"The 2022 Saint-Véran A La Côte comes from high, wind-exposed 50-year-old vines on limestone with red oxidized soils. It first has a strict and focused bouquet, with a touch of oyster shell in the background. The palate is a little richer and more viscous on the entry, matched by a countervailing silver bead of acidity. Pear, peach skin and lemon thyme notes appear toward the persistent finish. Very precise."
