Tasting Notes
Fine sparkling wine obtained by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights, it has a thin, abundant perlage and a typically fruity bouquet. The taste is soft, dry, delicate with a fruit-filled finish.
