Sourced from select Niagara Peninsula vineyards. Viticultural practices included vertical shoot thinning, cluster thinning, hand leaf removal and hand harvest. The 2017 Tawse Riesling is a blend from carefully sourced hand-harvested fruit from select vineyards of the Niagara Peninsula. As such, this balanced wine is a wonderful expression of both terroir and vintage, as well as a great value! The nose is bursting with rich aromas of citrus fruits, pineapple, wet stone, and honeysuckle. Notes of meyer lemon and mandarin have a bright expression on the palate. This deliciously off-dry Riesling has a creamy mouthfeel so delicately balanced with a mouthwatering finish.

The 2019 Tawse Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir (58%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Gamay Noir (20%), Merlot (8%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), and was produced from the “saignée” method though which we combined the free run juice of select single-vineyard red grapes before they are pressed. The result is a beautiful medium pink and aromatic Rosé that is bursting with aromas of cherry blossom, white peach, field berry and sour cherry, The palate is dry and fruity, showing ripe and juicy red fruit flavours, followed by a balanced and vibrant acidity.

This is a fairly deeply coloured rose. It is mid-weight, dry and fairly well balanced, with some interfering matchstick on the nose along with the currant, rhubarb fruit. A hint of sweetness rounds the palate but it remains essentially dry on the finish. The length is very good

Rose petals, sharp spice and Meyer lemon aromas jump from the glass. Bracing lemon tang streaks across the palate melding with white grapefruit and notions of Key lime. It's light on its feet with a clean, crisp, mouth-watering finish and aftertaste. Pour alongside Alsatian onion tart. > Learn More

The long cool extended harvest allowed the brilliant tropical characters to develop while still preserving the signature acidity. This wine is fresh, lively and enticing. Bright notes of guava and pineapple spiral around essences of crisp apple and pear. All that we love about summer is captured in this wine. > Learn More

Like three good friends out on the town this wine is Merlot + Cab. Franc + Cab. Sauvignon: dark, juicy and delicious. Lots of lush berry flavours. The savoury flavours from oak aging add ambiance, like dinner by the fire in the den or the backyard. > Learn More

The semi-dry, all from the original St. Urban's Vineyard, is harvested slightly later than the dry riesling from Vineland, yielding a slightly more exotic fruit profile. Although semi-dry, this is beautifully balanced between generous and fleshy texture yet lean and taught acids. There's a fine, elegant bitterness from phenolics which also helps to dry out the palate. Clean and precise; outstanding value. > Learn More

Very clean, open, perfumed, with apple and cherry blossom, green apple aromatics, lovely crisp acids and surprising depth. It's essentially dry at just over 16 grams of sugar/liter, but there's over 10 grams of acid to balance and compensate. Terrific value. > Learn More

... one of Ontario's liveliest Sauvs, crisp and minerally with lots of grapefruit and grass smells - good enough to rival any from New Zealand. A good zingy stream of acidity runs right down the center of the tongue, while the citrus apple notes caress your tastebuds "¦ there's also hints of hay and grass thrown in for good measure. This is one of those lazy days wines "¦ you know the kind of day where the sun is beating down on you and all you have to do is lie there and take it "¦ with a glass of this in your hand, it'll make it even easier to take that kind of punishment. > Learn More
